President & CEO
A recognized expert in Business Continuity Services, Joel introduced the company’s immediate response capabilities to all 50 states; expanded its Labor Dispute Management service offerings to include both Operations Staffing and Security; and now also provides Contract Staffing Services to hundreds of small, medium and large privately-held companies and publicly traded corporations in almost all industries in the US and its Territories. Joel graduated Boston University’s School of Management with a BS/BA in 1990.
Senior Vice President
Since 1992, Joe Bellino has provided business continuity services and overseen MADI’s temporary workforces in industries such as Nuclear Power Plants, Utilities, Manufacturing, Metal Processing Plants and Food Distribution Warehouses. He has run operations for all of MADI’s projects including US Foods (multiple sites), Detroit News, Entergy Pilgrim (Nuclear Powerplant), Rexam Beverage Can (nine sites) and AK Steel.
Director of Operations
Starting as an off bearer on the Corrugator, Manny Marshall rose through the ranks at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, to become the Safety, Quality, and then Plant Manager of two locations responsible for P&L, Policy and Procedure, Employee Training Programs, Health & Safety, Trend Monitoring, Customer Responsiveness, and for corporate-wide Management System Assessments. He is proficient in Lean Manufacturing and has been recognized for surpassing aggressive production quotas as well as 1.5 million man-hours without a lost time accident in facilities he managed.
Managing Director, Certified Physical Security Inspector/Designer
Matthew Martie is a corporate protection innovator with 30 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Global Corporate Security, Criminal Investigations and Close Protection of Government Officials, Facilities and Executives. Mr. Martie directed a global protection force of over 2,500 security professionals and nearly 3,000 contracted security officers, investigators and firemen, and is a Certified Physical Security Inspector/Designer.
Director of Protection
Former Marine NCO, Robert Galt trained and led Marines in diplomatic and nuclear security operations and in peacekeeping and combat operations. The top NCO in his unit, Mr. Galt attended Army Special Forces Training. Following his discharge, he developed and taught tactical and labor security training programs to over 6,000 employees and supervisors at Vance International, where he developed cradle-to-grave R&D security programs for clients. He has trained and led MADI security personnel since 2002 in tactical, labor dispute and corporate event security operations.
Senior Director, Marketing & Sales
Since 2007, Michele Vincent has provided strike contingency guidance to companies approaching their union contract expiration date. Formerly an Operations Manager providing Paralegal Services, Michele coordinated researchers throughout Massachusetts and conducted public record research at the Registry of Deeds, MA Secretary of State, district, superior and federal courts. Michele holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
