MADI can mobilize a workforce and deploy them anywhere in the country, often within a few days, depending upon the number and type of personnel, type of travel and distance, and level of urgency. We regularly deploy and manage teams of 20 to 100 people at a time to facilities all across the U.S. – something your local staffing agencies aren’t equipped to handle.
Seamless On-Boarding
To ensure seamless integration and an efficient start-up of our workforce at your facility, our on-site Supervisors on board our team, are on-call 24-hours each day to respond to all operational matters that may arise, and work directly with your Management to respond to all matters that may arise during the project.
Hassle-Free Transportation
MADI coordinates the transportation (driving, flying-in) of our employees in order to have our team on-site at your facility(s) quickly, when you need them. Plus, our Supervisors bring our employees as a group to and from the job site each day prior to their scheduled shift.
Turnkey Administration
Not only do we take care of payroll and administration, all MADI contingent employees are covered by our Workers' Compensation and Unemployment Insurance. Further, our Executive Team monitors active project sites across the country to ensure each site is running as efficiently as possible and to proactively plan for the unexpected (contingency planning is in our DNA).
Onsite-Testing/Training
MADI's Supervisors manage all paperwork, timekeeping, drug testing, on-site skill testing, as well as coordination and communication with your Management Team for the duration of the project. While our employees come with industry-specific certifications and training, we do recommend that you put them through a modified version the training you provide your own employees.
