    Employees and/or candidates may receive text messages from MADICORP to make them aware of available positions, provide job-related instructions and updates, give critical contact information, or advise them of any change(s) that affect them during employment.

    By providing a mobile phone number to MADICORP, employees consent to receive work‑related text messages. Message frequency may vary based on business needs. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn as described below.

  3. Opt‑Out:
    Employees may opt out of non‑mandatory text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message or by writing to staffing@madicorp.com or calling (888) 243-7202. Employees whose roles require real‑time communication may be expected to maintain an alternative approved communication method.

  4. Information Collected: 

    We may collect and store the following information: Mobile phone number, text message content, message date, time, and delivery status.

  5. Use and Disclosure: 

    Text message data is used solely for legitimate business and employment purposes. We may share limited information with third‑party service providers who assist in delivering messages, subject to confidentiality and data protection requirements. We do not sell employee texting data.
