personnel who understand MADI’s methods, culture, and performance
expectations.
- MADI’s in-house
transportation capabilities enable us to
arrange efficient, cost effective, and timely movement of the replacement workforce.
- MADI’s temporary replacement personnel remain
our employees. All MADI personnel are paid under
our payroll, and are covered by our Worker's Compensation and unemployment
insurance.
- All MADI employees are subject to regular random drug and
alcohol testing. MADI maintains a strict
zero-tolerance policy and insists that all personnel reassert, in writing, their adherence
to this basic rule at the onset of each project. All
MADI personnel understand that any infraction will result in immediate and permanent
termination.
