On-Site Survey
The objective of MADIs survey is to
gain a thorough understanding of all relevant aspects of our clients operations, and
the surrounding area, on a site by site basis. This
visit allows our personnel the opportunity to familiarize themselves
with normal operating conditions. The survey
process will yield a cohesive understanding of the resources, both
human and material, which may be needed to maintain your operations
in the event of a strike.
Business Continuation
PlanSM
Information gathered by experienced MADI
management personnel during the site visit is incorporated into
a comprehensive Business Continuation Plan (BCP)
that identifies the various
personnel, equipment, support services and organizational structure of the particular
location. The survey process enables MADI to design an extensive
implementation plan, as well as provide recommendations for how our
clients can best prepare themselves prior to potential labor
actions. The BCP will ensure that your operational goals are met should a labor disruption occur.
Results
In addition to being protected against
the effects of a work stoppage, our clients may exercise greater leverage at the bargaining table
as a result of their state of total readiness. Correspondingly,
the likelihood of experiencing a strike is often minimized.
