A highly selective hiring process.

Before a worker is offered a contract with MADI, they must complete a multi-phase interview process that identifies and selects the most qualified applicants who are able to travel to remote worksites. Successful contractors must have relevant experience and hold any necessary credentials for the positions they fill.

Once a candidate meets our rigorous requirements, MADI treats these contractors like family. After all, once we find highly qualified workers, we want to make sure they’re available when our clients need them.

“Good work. Good pay. Good people.”
