- MADI deployed 150 technically-skilled, semi-tech and production personnel to a Dresser-Rand facility to support operations during a strike in 2007; providing Dresser-Rand’s management the confidence to continue negotiating with its union knowing that production was uninterrupted.
- 30 security guards were pre-deployed to a US Foodservice facility in Corona, CA to promote a secure environment during negotiations. When US Foodservice’s union employees decided to go on strike, MADI’s standby team of 100 CDL-A drivers were deployed ensuring that US Foodservice’s delivery operations were not interrupted.
One week before the union’s vote, 123 MADI operations personnel qualified for technical and semi-technical positions were pre-deployed to Federal Mogul which facilitated it renewing its contract with significant concessions from its union.
